NFS Unbound continuously Crashing without error or stuck in infinite loading!!

I bought the game from steam and The game worked fine for the character customisation, Intro and the first 2 races but then it crashed and then it just didn't worked again, sometimes it would crash without error and sometiems it will get stuck in infinte loading. Don't know what the issue is but still I hope to find any working solution. Tried all the solutions available on mostly all possible platforms but still same issue. 

If you guys have any solutions please help!!!!!!

Hi @Phoenix8401, Worth trying to make a new windows account with admin powers and see if still having the issue.
