NFS Unbound Not connecting to internet [ Edited ]

NFS Unbound is not connecting to the internet. I have reinstalled the game and have disabled my firewall but nothing is working. I am able to start the connection process but it cuts off and says "connection lost." Please help

none of the stuff in the guide works and I'm assuming this person is also using an ethernet cable like me straight to the modem so it's not being disturbed by walls etc. I've tried everything right down to making sure my account was logged in and verified though the EA website and still nothing works

I been having the same problem. My internet connection is solid but for whatever reason The game will not let me online.

@dpx6101 Dude mines doing the same stuff like I paid $80 for the palace edition and I can’t even play online like what a let down … I was looking forward to this game so much and now it’s just ruined . My error code is DR1002

I'm having the same error code. I get into a lobby and maybe make it to a race but always before the race can start, it disconnects me with that error code. Let me know if you figure anything out bro!

Same. I just got kicked out of a game out of no where after racing and now I can't get back on. Already closed app and everything. Wth is this all about ? Major bug

Same here, I was customizing my hellcat and in the middle of it kicked out and can’t get back in. I’m on PS5
