You have PL/RUS game version key!
You must change to GLOBAL/ENG game version key...
...The only option (to solve this language problem) is to contact an EA adviser & kindly request to change you key!
The best thing for you to do is to contact a game adviser (the nice folks over at EA support) for more help with this. There’s nothing we can do on the forum Answer HQ to fix "wrong lang.-version key" issues like this.
Contact a games adviser any time using this following link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
1) Click on your game or search if it isn’t listed.
2) Select a topic for the best results.
3) Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us.
4) Select your platform and list a short description of your problem.
5) Select live chat or call me to request a call back from an adviser.
