NFS Heat will not download at all

Why won't my game download? Everytime I try to install the game thru EA Desktop it gets stuck at "calculating time" and then proceeds to give me an error. I've reinstalled the client, logged out and back in and even rebooted my PC. Nothing seems to help and I was not able to find any other solutions online

Make sure that EA Desktop is not blocked by any anti virus or Firewall. @ThePandaHut

I have the same problem. Any other game works except for need for speed.

got the same problem, show on the collection screen as membership expired even tho i have ea play, and the ea help live chat are absolutely useless
