NFS Heat not starting properly (Xbox one)

So i have this weird situation. I Start up the game, get into the main title menu, all right all good. I choose play solo and it loads into the game. Except it only goes into the garage, loads about half the textures (with the rest remaining blurry) and then it freezes. The music stops and the game just dies pretty much. Been restarting the console and reinstalling the game but it doesnt help. Quite weird really. I dont play too often i just started it after not playing for 4 days.

Happens on an Xbox One X.
