NFS Heat everything despawns then crashes + sound cutting out

Hi, I'm having a few problems with this game

1) Sound randomly cuts. Not an audio problem, everything else works fine

2) Everything despawns as I drive up to it then I get stuck in a permanent loading screen when I inevitably crash

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Playing on Xbox Series X
