NFS Heat Studio not sending verification email [ Edited ]

The app is not sending a verification email to any email attached to my EA Origin Account  - this means I cannot associate the app to my Account to unlock the secret cars and in the future transfer to the game.

Email providers tried:
Gmail
Hotmail
Corporate provided outlook

Phone Model:
Huawei Mate 10 Pro

I'm using the latest version of studio but this has been a consistent issue since launch

Same. I'm so bugged about this; I'm unable to get to the cars I want! Every time I try inputting my email, it just shows "error".

I spoke with 5 different advisors, not even joking. They dont understand that code that you have to enter to verify your email in the app is 5 digit not 8. If someone has a solution please let me know. They have given me bunch of 8 digit codes that wont work.To add to this i get a notification  same as everyone else email has been sent but code never arrives.

@WeylandNZ This is beyond a joke! I have the exact same problem and was on phone to an advisor for ages! I kept telling him i need a 5 digit code not an 8 digit! I send the verification through the app but I never receive it! It is really annoying me and needs to be fixed! Once again beyond a joke EA!
