Same here wth , and i keep playing and losing all my ingame money why i bought this game😭 its imposible to play... 3weeks now (its like EA has 1 person looking into that and he’s only 16 years old )

@Gman21227 Possible fix for pc, right click on the game in ‘my game library’ and select repair. It worked for me and I believe this happened to me because i was messing around on the app. I did disconnect my account off the app too. Hope this can be helpful for others on pc with this same issue

@CozyLesbian at this point i'm uninstalling the game, its a waste of time and space, i'll come back in like 2 months when they fix this mess. if they fix it that is >_>

Update:

So I logged on today for the first time since I first received error code 40010000 and lost some of my garage content & money. My inventory synced successfully and I received no error codes. Unfortunately, I still do not have what I lost back in my garage. So maybe the issue did get fixed for some users. Again, I am on PS4 with patch 1.3.

Just had a chat with EA Support about getting my lost progress back... His answer was that the Studio team has received many of these requests and are working on getting the problem fixed, but he couldn't just credit my stuff back to me. He said whatever decision is made, it will be in the best interest of the players.

So in other words more of the run around and they're screwing us by having our progress removed.

Definitely the run-around, but I'm gonna remain hopeful that they'll figure something out to compensate everyone.
