Error code 40080000 xbox one

i did what ea told me to due by delete friend list and taking the Secondary account off the xbox one and cleared the cach and unintalled the game and reinstalled the game and everything worked. then i add my friend list back and secondary account and guess what i got the  same error code 40080000. oh and lost all cars and money when went online. other then the 4 cars that comes with the deluxes

Hi, as @Redsky1985 mentions, this can be related to your friends list.

If you unfriend anyone on your list that might have played locally on the same system as you, this may help, and if not, the more in-depth steps mentioned may also fix this for you.

Appears ever since the launch and the loss of numerous progress saves, the game still can not promise stability for people's progress. Is there anything new being done on the topic, or it's now not considered priority? I've pre-ordered the game and I'm still waiting to enjoy my purchase since I lost a save once.

Looking forward to some input.

When? Its 2 months since you've said this????? I'm annoyed that I've paid almost 70$ for a game that won't let me online.
