NFS Heat Item Sync Error Code 40080000 [PS4]

@EA_David I tried every troubleshooting method in the book for PS4. I'm still getting the error code for the item sync, and I cannot access any of the online features, including the ability to join and create a crew. C'mon I want to be able to do these things and play the game without the constant fear of losing everything. Again. I had beaten the game and was working towards a platinum when I lost everything. So please, we all need this to be fixed. Otherwise, this $80 game I have is going in the garage.

I had a different error code 40050000, but its basically the same. I lost about almost $300k, just from collectibles and activities. So I tried restarting the game, and guess what, I still have 0 bank. I've got my cars still, but I've lost all of my money. I hope they'll fix this ASAP, because if this keeps on happening, I might as well just ask for a refund for wasting my time and progress.

Asking for a refund will just disappoint you even more. They don't give a crap about us. Microsoft AND EA refused to refund me.

I have read all your comments guys after my problem started 2 days ago with the same errors. In my case, it seems like the game used an older save because a have some old cars that i sold and my new ones are gone. I was waiting so long for this game...EA has let me down big time....

Hello All!

  Im having the 40080000 code come up, but something I noticed was that when I play solo, it will show one of my other accounts name instead of the profile I have signed in. All my save data is there for my account it just shows my brothers name as a racer instead of mine. I found out restarting the game helps, but i'd wish to know what is causing the corruption.

Well so far Today there is no  Error Code 40080000 in the startup. Still Money is gone Reputation too.. So sad, gonna give it a try and see if it works.

Disappointed...
