Hi, can I check a few things?
1. Have you played the game on another PS4?
2. Does more than one account play the game on your main/home PS4
3. If yes to 2, do those players have their own PS Plus subscriptions or is your one shared?
I have two accounts on my local PS4 that has played NFS Heat. Only my main account has PS Plus. But each account should have its own EA Account associated to it.
Me as well, this has so far been the most annoying technical support experience I've had in a long time. I can't contact anybody.
I’ve had a very similar issue. Yesterday I realised I was offline as I was at my friend’s house and haven’t yet connected to his internet. And so I realised I can go online to get crew bonuses and when I did go online, my bank disappeared. Went down from over 200k to $138 and it’s also corrupted my local game save. What do I do?
So i was playing over the last few days, building rep cars and now the local data cannot sync with ea servers which means i cant play online. Error code: 40010000 and 40080000.
I have reinstalled the game 2 times as well as all trouble shooting methods. Then to top it off, upon reinstall it loaded my game and i have lost all progress. I have now had to delete my game save and reinstall the game in order to connect online, however i now cannot use the paint shop as it said retrieving data.
How can a game this broken be released without testing? I really hope ea releases a patch next week to solve all the above problems as i promise you, if non of the above gets sorted, i will never buy an ea game again.
I played over 6 hours yesterday and login today to an error code 0003080F and a message saying that my inventory doesn't match what the system last recorded.
I refuse to log anymore time in this game until this is fixed.

Mine is the same but error code is 40010000 and i lost 100k i had, i wanted to buy an off road car :/ now i have 285 bank
