This is what a customer support dude told me to do before i did this tho i had already repaired the game checked for updates and uninstalled and then started the re-installation : Close the Origin client. Open the Control Panel (find it by searching “Control Panel” in the Start menu). Click on Uninstall a program under Programs. Click on Origin and uninstall. Install Origin app using this link https://www.origin.com/ind/en-us/store/download Right-click the Origin client icon on your desktop (or in the Origin directory if not on your desktop) and click Run As Administrator Select My Game Library in Origin. Right-click on the game tile. Select Repair and update Game.

Sup guy it’s me again reporting. Sadly I don’t get my money back but by playing and doing the glitch I have manual to get all my cars back and 142 million banks without the error 40010000 so maybe you could try to get your stuff back again and you may succeed

Decent specs for this game. This is clearly an EA/Origin Server issue and needs to be fixed.

For a game with it's soul purpose to be an arcade crew racer it's failing at the one thing it's been created for.

Very upset right now. I've changed my DNS and even tried a VPN. Please fix this issue asap EA.
