NFS HEAT Not Starting

Anyone had the same issue like me or its just me? ive bought the game via Steam, install it and install origin and anything that the game requested, but when i tr to run the game it wont start. Not even a CTD or anything, its just doesnt do anything..

im on :

Windows 7 64bit

AMD II X3 455

12gb Ram

DirectX 11

NVDIA GTX 1050

I admit its a rather low spec of today, but any solution??

So theres a couple problems, its the processor and the OS..

Time to upgrade then..
