NBA live mobile link doesn't appear in app

Has this issue been resolved?  I have same issue based  on problem described in url below and the  suggestions so far have not worked.

Started with guest account and there is not a way to use link account to save the data.

Please assist EA team. Maybe enable a password for a UID so that can be separately used to save data?
