I log in with my existing account and it starts to load a bit then crashes so I can't play

If there is something corrupt on your account, I am not sure we can do much about that.

I have tried that 3 times and it didn't work. Still the same issue. I have figured out it is something wrong with my existing account because I made a new account with my Facebook and it worked so it's something with my previous account

Same problem for me. I spent money this game and cant use my existing account. But i can log in different facebook account. Is it a joke?
