NBA Live [ Edited ]

My NBA Live account through Google Play Games won't let me past the loading screen. It boots me out of the game without an error message. I'm on the Samsung Galaxy J7 Star (2018). Any advice?

I can't log in via google play when I try the game goes back to the main menu

@mdiop559 Hi! What happens when you try to log in? Do you get an error message? If you have another phone you can install the game to, does that let you log in?

When I try to log in the game closed and goes back to the main menu I tried with a new phone but it was the same

@mdiop559 Ah, that would indicate an issue with the account. Can you try playing on a different account as a test?
