NBA Live fails to connect to server

have you been in contact with any of the EA advisors? they have sent my case to a specialist. now im just waiting for the person to email me

Yep... The last thing they wanted me to do was get with my internet provider and ask to change my channel that I use for the internet... I'm not wasting my time doing that because i have 3 other EA titles that connects to the their sever just fine.  Madden 18, Need for Speed, and NBA live 18.  It's time they take responsibility for their error/crashing!  They should have waited to longer to release this titles... Just seems unfinished.

i got it bro. just had to connect my ps4 to my girlfriend hot spot for and i got it to download and game will run good now

Thanks for sharing the solution with us. I recommend that you open up your ports for PlayStation & NBA live. You can find the details on how to do that here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/opening-tcp-or-udp-ports-for-connection-issues/#nbalive

This should help the issue you are encoutering with your network. Can you folks tell me where you are based and who your Internet Service provided is?

Just pull a rockstar, and take servers down for a few hours so you can fix EVERYTHING. Then the game will be perfect.
