NBA Live Player Progress Lost

I don't know what happened, but my player has been reset to when I finished the demo. The only things that haven't changed are my League schedule and stats. Those saved from before. But my player has lost all of his progress on streets and the league.

Please help. 

The only different thing that I have done recently was access the NBA Live Companion app to show how my game face looked. Otherwise, coming home after work I was excited to play but disappointed now.

* is so * up. I had three maxed out players and was working on a 4th and two of them got deleted and they replaced one of them with a base level player like I had just created him
