NBA Live Mobile not working?

I keep trying to log into my nba live mobile account and the account goes through google play games and everytime I try to log into the game it just says "sorry, something unexpected went wrong, please try again" 

But I also play madden mobile over drive and I use the same google play games account through that and I can log in to that game just fine, please help

I've tried everything, I've tried deleting the game and re installing the game, I've tried to clear the cache, I've tried restarting my phone .. I cant unbind my NBA live mobile account from google play games and bind it to another account like Facebook bc idek my account id bc it's not letting me log in
