NBA Live Companion app still doesn’t work? Not even a little?

The companion app isn’t working, not even a little bit for th facescan it shows the shape of a head with an all red back ground it can’t acess my camera for some reason ( I gave it full access to my camera) the DNA song blaring in the background. It looks all glitches out. I re installed it a few times no change in the results, this game has been out awhile very dissapointed this feature doesn’t work.

I have same problem on an IPhone X. I deleted the app a few times and re-downloaded it with same result. I got it to work on the tablet. Still disappointing that I couldn’t get it to work on my phone.

I have an iPhone X 256gb so u can hang that get a newer phone ish up lol n it don’t work on here
