Don´t worry, you won´t lose anything.
It might be just a data sync issue, or the servers are temporarily down.
Please power cycle and unplug your X1 and your router for a few minutes, then start BF1 again.

Hey @tylermckinley123,
Sorry to hear about this issue you are experiencing.
Have you tried doing any of the steps that @Ourumov13 has provided for you?
After you try those steps, play a few rounds of any game mode, and let your Account sync up.
