My sound only works through headphones

For some weird reason, I can only hear gameplay when I use headphones. Everything was fine 2 days ago but then the game updated and so did nvidia drivers. I've tried everything from clearing game cache, -channels 2/6, uninstall/reinstall and I still havent fixed it. Anyone got any solutions?

Hi @Kohdri. 

It's definitely weird that it's working with your headphones, but isn't coming through any other device. Can you try something for me? Start up Apex Legends and leave the game running in the background. Right-click on the volume control button on your Windows taskbar and click on Open Sound Settings. 

You should see a section there for Advanced Sound Options. Below that click on the App Volume and Device Preferences button and look for Apex Legends there. Try setting the Output for the game to Default if it's set to anything else. See if you're able to hear the game audio through your speakers or other devices afterward.
