My sims game is having problems

A message won’t go away. It has been there since I started playing this game and I thought the updates would make it go away and it hasn’t. I already talk to someone on the phone about it and they were very helpful. so I am just gonna post a picture and see if it can get resolved

Hey @KKzpanda That is strange! Can you tell me what your player ID is? You can find this in settings > help & about > about. It is 13 numbers long.
