My sims 4 isn't responding or opening.

i just downloaded sims 4 on my MacBook Pro. It says downloaded 100% . But when I click the game it doesn't give me the option to play all it says is install. But at the bottom it says 100% complete someone please help me before I go crazy 😫 It's been like this for at least 3 hours I can't play it..

I think I know why thats happening to you, if you have cc get rid of all of it!

Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, can you try looking at your reliability monitor following the steps below:

1. Press Win+R to open the run box
2. Type perfmon /rel to open the reliability monitor.

This opens a window where you can click on the error's visually shown (white X in red circle) to find the latest one related to Origin. Click show details and then paste the info that is listed in there in here.

I can open origin, but whenever I try to open the sims 4, my cursor does the spinning thing and then stops and that's it. I tried taking out all of my CC, but it still won't work. Do I have to actually delete the content, or should taking it out of the folder suffice and that's not the problem.

Mine isn't working either, ever since I bought the Sims 4 every time I try to open it, it would be a black screen and make my computer freeze until I opened the task manger and closed it that way. I would love to get the game working and not have just wasted all that money on a game that wont even work.

I have the same problem. How can I fix it?

-Open Origin
-Click on my Games
-Right-click on the game for which you want to turn off Origin in game
-Choose game properties
-Tick the option Disable Origin in game for this game.
-But in game like ( Fifaworld, FIFA15.. ETC) the shop won't work sorry....
