@naenaejade Hi,
First off, please make sure you start Origin with Administrator rights: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-progr
Next please right-click the game tile under the "My Games" tab and select "Repair Game".
Are you able to progress now?
If you cannot, please re-start Origin with administrator rights then just right click the game tile and choose uninstall. Next download and install the game once more and report back here.
Let me know how you get on.
Cheers,
Nils

I just reinstalled The Sims 4 recently and after doing everything stated here it continue to pop up a little window that tells me that it can't connect to the EA Servers for this computer. I have no idea why it would be stopped, its clearing my firewall and I am most definitely online.

I took out ALL my cc and mods, and uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing happens

@naenaejade Hi,
Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, can you try looking at your reliability monitor following the steps below:
1. Press Win+R to open the run box
2. Type perfmon /rel to open the reliability monitor.
This opens a window where you can click on the error's visually shown (white X in red circle) to find the latest one related to Origin. Click show details and then paste the info that is listed in there in here.
Cheers,
Nils
