My screen keeps freezing

My screen freezes but the game still goes, I can hear audio and move around like normal. This happens about once every 6 games, This has started happening ever since I started this apex account, I launch the game on both origin and the EA app (interchanging, not both at the same time) but it was just origin at first. I would have tried launching through steam but my old account is connected to it and I can't unlink it.
