My pro clubs has disappeared

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It’s happened in pro clubs
What happens when the bug occurs? I go into pro clubs and my club has disappeared like it has been deleted even though it hasn’t been. Instead the “Join a club” and “Create a club” options are there
What should be happening instead? My pro clubs team should be there

If you create a new club and then close out the game what happens when you launch it next time?
