My mic doesn’t not work on apex (Xbox)

My mic works fine in party chat but when I’m on apex no one can hear me and I can’t hear anyone. I tried using 2 different mics neither work.

@Shogun10101Does the mic work without issues on your xbox outside Apex?
Try to clear your MAC adress
Go to Settings> All settings> Network> Network settings
In here press on advanced settings and alternate MAC adress option, press on 'clear' and Restart your xbox when prompt
Do you have any usb plugged into the xbox?
remove them and to a power cycle and see if this fixes the issue.

@NoahBorden If it's like this mic always open it means they are in a party and you can't communicate with them.

Edit: I've sent messages to players with open mic and they told me that they aren't in xbox live party. I don't know what's wrong, maybe there is a bug in game or they are lying to me or their mic is broken.

They should go play Duos instead of Trios. ^^

I have the same problem, the mic icon doesnt show in the lobby for me which mean apex thinks I dont have a mic, but i clearly do, that other dude tried helping but its definitely not what he said.

No indication in lobby but there is indication in match and mic is working. I use Razer Kraken (Analog)

I have the exact same issue,  I've tried 2 wireless headset,  checked all settings and my headsets work in a party (xbox)  it has to be a issue with the game

I’m just on Xbox and it shows up that I have a mic it looks like I’m talking the whole time but I can’t hear anyone and no one can hear me it’s like that with all the mics I’ve tried all use a wire and I’ve tried 2 different remotes. My mic works in party chat
