My house got robbed, they stole my Xbox One, can I track it with the SN adress? [ Edited ]

I've been robbed and police... and no one has been able to help me. Is there a way that I can know where my console is by the Ip adress or the Console Serial Number? Help guys!! I'm despperate   I just get it for like 2 months after the robbery.
