My game won't load a second time

I keep trying to play Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, and every time I load the game it gets to loading cantina and stops. I've deleted and reinstalled the game, and while that works as long as it's the first time the game has been opened since it was downloaded, as soon as I close the game it won't load again.
