My game went unplayable !

I seriously need help guys, my game is unplayable right now !!!

 

 

In March a bigger update got released. I didn't do that right away since I got caught up with other stuff. On April 1st I finally installed the update overnight and wanted to play Apex on the next day. Now here is where my problems start:

 

I noticed the graphic quality was very low, even tho all the settings are on high. Also my mouse isn't responding normally like it does with every other game. I have an around 2 to 3 seconds delay until my mouse moves in the lobby or in-game. Adding to that my mouse cursor is visible the whole time and not fixed on one screen. I have two monitors and before the update I never had such problems. I already searched this problem up and many said it has to do with certain overlays (e.g. discord or origin itself). I deactivated them but that changed nothing. I updated my graphic driver (I do on a regulary basis), still no changes. I uninstalled and re-installed the game because this sometimes helps but not in this case.

 

At this point I have no clue what to do and I really wanna play Apex again. I hope someone can help me.

As I said, before this specific update I had NO problems and I'm playing this game since it's release but now it's just frustrating.

@FloodBinder I think there is something in Season 4 coding that is causing the problem... Its crashing on all platforms and different setups too. I've been crashing since february's Assimilation release and noe I can't play it at all. I've tried everything on here and contacted EA support direct with no solution

@FloodBinder check if apex is using your integrated graphics card instead of nvidia or amd gpu

I looked my settings up and it says the game is using my NVIDIA (GeForce GTX 1060 3GB) graphics card

@FloodBinder Its almost hopeless for me now. I've encountered problem after problem with S4, I'm now awaiting to hear back from a "specialist" from EA after running the trace program from my laptop to find out if there is any other possibility of issue coming through the internet. everything on my trace showed >60 ms pings and 0 packet losses so I don't see the connection being the issue... I'll wait to hear what they respond with after they're through the trace files and post more
