After playing for a long time, my account was hacked on 2022/8/2. I changed my password, and then changed my email. After logging in, I found that all game progress disappeared. , and then the customer service told me that my account was banned, and I tried to unlock it. Until today, I unlocked it, but my game progress has not recovered. The customer service told me that as long as I start the game with Origin, the previous progress will be restored, but it still does not resume.
I can accept customer service saying they don't have the authority to deal with this kind of problem, but I really can't accept that my problem has not been solved for so long.
