My game is scuffed and cant re install it please help

Hello guys. 

I need some assistance. I had the most brighest idea to clean up my pc since i had alot of unnecesary stuff on my Windows folder.
And i copied over apex legends from my Windows drive to my game drive. And after a few hours later i decided i whas gonna play some apex legends with some friends.
But i have no clue what happend it randomly decided to work and now is stuck trying to redownload itself. Its stuck on 30% its bin on 30% for 3 hours now. 
When i disinstalled it all and reinstalled it it did the samething and i cant get it to work now.
Could someone please help me fix this.
