My game don't crash anymore, but just take a look why

Yeah, the title explain a lot, but lets begin:

First of all, I got on live chat support to talk about a bunch of crashes I'm facing to play this game. Ok. From nowhere they DID something, and my game simply worked smooth, nice, no lags, no crashes, nothing...

But why? They simply took all my Tokens from Eastern Roality Lebron away, without no reason, without explain why, and now they simply don't answer me, just keep ignoring me saying the case is with some SPECIALISTS from the game to INVESTIGATE what's going on....

So, I don't know if someone want to try this steps, but If you already finished this, and got dupes cards, use for something, don't guard them, because it probably cause a crashes on your account... it's just my opinion..

And for who that wants help me, please just add a comment bellow... EA is killing my account without no reason, without no explanation...

1. I finished the West tokens.. so it's JUST IMPOSSIBLE that I don't get JUST ONE CARD from EASTERN. LOL

2. At most interesting fact is, on sunday I guess, they opened the event, and my game is totally broken, I can't even pass the James Harden screen, that is, I missed the opportunity to get the cards that were missing ... AND FUN FACT:

There's only one card missing > Celtics token. Now all this cards are simply gone....

And your specialists team too, I don't even know why you guys call their SPECIALISTS team, because they don't do anything.. and the fact they're doing something, that's is killing the game..
