My game constantly gets the same "DirectX" error.

This crash usually occurs whenever entering a new area or starting the game, always giving me the same DirectX error. Also, several graphical errors also occur such as red boxes. I am pretty sure that my computer meets the minimum processing requirements for this game, however, I do not know for sure.
