My game audio goes then i freeze and get error code

My game on Ps4 randomly every 2/4 games loses audio then textures start to disappear and my game will just freeze leaving me no option but to reset the game, i have tried deleted  and downloaded the game again, checked both my game and console are up to date fully and even initialised  my ps4 fully, any help would be appreciated.

This may be due to your console overheating. Fully power off your console, disconnect the power cable, vacuum the dust from all the vents around the sides. Once done, reconnect the power and retry playing. Ideally the issue is resolved and the fans will not spin up as much and so the console should be quieter too.
