My friend gets disconnected (Apex Legends)

So me and my friend play apex together and sometimes she can connect to a match but sometimes when a match is found she does not load in but I do. This ends up with me and someone else just being in the match.

She says that nothing happens, she just do not load in to the match like 70% of the time.

Hi @MaropSKi. 

Do you know if this is only happening when you're grouped up together? Does your friend run into issues like this when she tries to queue up for a match by herself?

Yes she said it happens when she plays solo as well

I'd like to try running through some troubleshooting to see if we can help with the issues she's been seeing.
