My ea account is invalid

I’ve been trying to change the email associated with my ea account for two days now. The email hooked up to my ea is super old and I can no longer access it. When I try to change the email I get the same response from specialist saying that they do not have enough information about the old account to change it. I have no recollection of this account because when it was made I was not born and neither were my parents... can I please speak with someone who can help me recover my account

If you can't do it like described in my previous post, you have to contact EA support.

Nobody here on AHQ can't help you, or give you better information about "who can help" than EA support.

But even EA support cant help without regard to security rules...

Sometimes it requires patience. I have my own experience that it took two years to be able to recover a lost account.

Don’t have access to the one you used to create your account? You can swap emails from one account to another.

If you’ve changed your email address, you can update it by clicking Edit next to Basic Information in your About Me settings on ea.com.

You can also add a secondary email address to your account. A secondary email helps you reset your password if you’re locked out of your EA Account and primary email address.
