My download button doesn't work

I have the Sims 4 and I recently purchased the deluxe digital pack and the purchase went completely through. I tried to download it but the download button just does not work. I am able to install my holiday extra content and a playlist, but the button just doesn't work for my deluxe digital pack or any of the DLC it comes with.

I have tried clearing the cache, uninstalling origin and reinstalling, switching my downloads to safe mode in Origin, running Origin as an administrator, I've restarted my laptop several times, and I've uninstalled/reinstalled the Sims 4 just to see if that would help. I'm not really sure what else I can do.. please help!

Hi @hannahmarie004,

Could you check the game to see if the items listed ale already included in the game? Some content is already included in the base game through updates. 

I just checked it myself with The Sims 4 Digital Deluxe Upgrade and the download button serves no purpose as the content is already in-game.
