My deluxe car from grand theft auto has vanished

I was gaming the other night and I was using my new deluxe car as I always wanted it. Anyway someone killed in and then my car has vanished. I've looked everywhere I've been on everyday since then and still looked everywhere and still nothing and even sent an email to rockstar stating that my deluxe car has vanished. Please help
