My characters and skins won't transfer

So i used to play on my ps4 and purchased a few characters and had skins for them and such. Now i'm on pc and my account is starting as if it's new with only the starting characters and no skins. Shouldn't my purchases transfer to my pc through origin? What can i do to fix this?

You can't transfer anything from PS to PC, what u have on PS stays on PS, what u have on PC stays on PC

maybe later they will come up with something u can transfer them, but for now, No u can't transfer them to PC.
