you need to create a case if you haven't https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
open a case using "Manage my account / Banned or suspended account"
and have to wait a lot
I made my case on Dec 1th still waiting.. DO NOT resume your case that will pull you from the queue, and you will have to wait more

if you didn't enable the 2 Factor authentication, could be a because someone hacked your account or EA just suspended your account because it wasn't being used, good luck
