We can't look into this for you from the forums but our Terms of Service team can take a look. Please fill out the webform to send in an appeal to that team if you believe a ban was added by mistake. Check out this EA Help guide for guidance on how to do that:

You can dispute a ban by following these steps as shared in the guide I linked above, if it's not showing in the ban history:

- Select I want to dispute a ban or suspension.
- Select Email us.
