My account got reset to Level 1 again

My account lost its progress and was reset to level 1, all skins, ranks and stats were gone.
How do I restore my account progress?

Gotcha, so it's a pretty old account.

The EA Account you're posting with here is actually very new, so it wouldn't have progress older than the last month or so.

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress. That seems to be what happened here since this is a newer EA Account.

You would need to try checking any other emails or accounts you've used in the past to see if you may just be logging into the wrong account.

If you've linked a platform to this particular account, you would need to re-link it to the original EA Account to try restoring access to that progress instead. You'll need to contact support if you run into any trouble re-linking an account and they should be able to help make sure the correct accounts are re-linked.

We can typically see when an account was reset, but I did want to try and confirm some information with you.

When did you last play Apex? Do you remember what season you started playing?

My account had been reseted however i am 100 percent confident this was the ea acc i use to play apex. because my cases are all in this account back in 2023. but suddenly it is all gone and idk what to do. the ea acc has also been linked into my steam in which i had 127 hours of apex. however it stays the same in level one. can anybody please help me in this matter?

Hey @Yuki2711L,

While I see you've mentioned you're sure this is the right account, it may be worth checking any other accounts or emails you may have used in the past.

This particular account was not even created in 2023, so if you had played prior to this year it would have been with a different account.

yea, however i have checked that this maybe wasnt the acc i have use since its created this year but the cases i have made that was back in 2023 was saved here

okay there is this one account i wanna try but i cannot unlink mt steam from this acc until 2025 so how can i unlink it i just wanna try maybe it is saved in the other account
