My Sims3 worked fine, but then it just dissapeared. It wont let me use it.

When I first got Sims3, I played it a lot, but now it does not show up in my games folder on Origin. I tried re-entering the code, but a pop-up says that it has been used already. I downloaded DLC and everything and it is saved to my computer, but I cant play it because of Origin. Please help

The best thing to do is contact EA Support through this link: https://help.ea.com/ . They will be able to assist you with this problem and hopefully solve it.
