My Discord voice volume goes quiet when I tab into Apex [ Edited ]

The issue is basically this. Whenever I tab into the Apex app (fullscreen mode if that is relevant), my voice lobby friends say my voice has gone quiet. Then whenever I tab back out my voice goes back to normal.

Restarting the game and computer doesn't help.

@Gundee126 very odd but sadly all anyone on here can do is help troubleshoot as this is a discord error not a apex error. Some setting is blocking the communication.

@Gundee126 Lets try few more things. you need to go to yousetr mic settings within windows and uncheck "let apps take exclusive control of this device. Also make sure discord overlay is turned off.
