My Apex account got banned for no reason

Last time I played was lost have year. when I tried to play the past few time it showed that I was banned, at first I thought was a bug or my connection issue (china) so I thought I just wait a bit, It still not working when I tried a few weeks back, and I want to know Why was my account banned, Im really upset, I mean I pay money on skins and stuff and I get banned when I wasn't even playing the game for few months? I submit a ticket but I still haven't got an answer from support, is been almost 2 weeks.

It is most likely that someone used your account because you didn't have the double verification, did you?

u r right I don't have double verification set up. but even someone did use my account or hacked it, I didn't share my account with anyone, why would I be banned. Is been almost a month since I still haven't heard from them.
