Multiplayer unavailable - privileges

Hello, 

I have ea play subscription on ps4 and I used to play f12021 online (social play or ranked)

However, I changed my ps4, and after installing the f1 2021 i lost access in the multiplayer online.

When I try to play f1 multiplayee it shows “multiplayer unavailable - your account playstation network does not have the privileges required in order to access multiplayer game modes”

anyone had this issue? 

Internet test - ok

Ea subscription - ok

only my account logged in ( no parental stuff)

Already tried factory reset even the playstation was without anything.

Hey Barry, thanks for the reply.

I never had Ps+, only the ea play subscription, which is active.

I just changed my ps4 and now I don’t have access to the ranked or social plays.
