Mouse stuttering I was told by EA Help to post here

Hello i have a big problem with mouse stutter and i have this in every game. i'll show you a video with a guy having a similar issue to me just that my issue is worse than that, i got way more stutter. Heres the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xrrgkJ1l6mw. Well i have been in touch with EA support and i tried every single troubleshootings that they gave me. They even contacted their specialists and even they couldn't fix this issue. Well after that they told me that i tried every single troubleshooting that they had for me and it still hasn't fixed my issue so they asked me to post here and try to get help from the game devs. Well now im doing that and now i guess i have to wait.

It doesn't show up in your video, so best guess would be an overlay or background application and for that, you have to rule that our using a clean boot as mentioned above.

Ignoring the fact that the video is from the Beta, you might look into how your mouse is functioning, specifically the polling rate. Generally, high quality gaming mice have a software control panel that can allow you to change how often the mouse position is reported and acted upon. Setting a higher polling rate can smooth out the movement. Also, via Windows, you can find Additional mouse options and in the Pointer Options tab, select Enhance pointer precision if you have a standard 'non-gaming' mouse.

Hello, i tried using different pollingrates in razer synapse which is 125,500 and 1000 if i remember it right. I also tried different things via windows mouse settings and i still have the issue.

Are you using Raw mouse input?

I tried to spot the mouse stutter you mentioned but all I saw was some general stutters which seemed to be from CPU spikes caused by your 4 core CPU (BFV likes 6+). That can probably be helped by lowering your field of view and limiting your maximum FPS to slightly below your average FPS. You might also want to rule out third party applications messing up by trying to game after a proper clean boot:

So you don't know what the stutter issue is? Would it help you more if i tell you i have the same stutter in BF1 BF4 aswell?
