Mouse input lag/stutter

I have this annoying "mouse lag/stutters" when I'm in the match (works fine in training mode) i dont know whats wrong I tried disabling origin overlay as suggested, and some other overlays but this random lag is bothering me like hell, internet is fine and other games are working fine too. Sometimes it works fine sometimes there's lag I removed my xbob controller too (few people suggested it)

msi rx 470
8gb corsair ram if this all helps. i have tried using lowest grahics settings, used windowed mode, played around some other settings aswell but nothing works please help

Thought it was the network connection but saw that I have 15 ms delay so it must be something in the game.

No one is able to solve this issue, it's a game wide issue, hopefully they'll fix it in their next patch
